This Privacy Notice for allcard LLC ("we," "us," or "our") describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share your personal information when you use our services, including when you visit https://allcard.tech, download and use our mobile application (allcard), or engage with us in other related ways.

1. What Information Do We Collect?

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, including:

• Email addresses
• Usernames
• Passwords

We do not process sensitive information.

Application Data. If you use our application, we may also collect the following if you grant permission:

• Geolocation Information. We may request access to track location-based information from your mobile device to provide location-based merchant search. You may change our access in your device's settings at any time.
• Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features. You may turn these off in your device's settings.

Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• To facilitate account creation and authentication and manage user accounts
• To deliver and facilitate delivery of services to the user

3. When and With Whom Do We Share Your Personal Information?

Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business.

Google Maps Platform APIs. We may share your information with certain Google Maps Platform APIs to provide location-based merchant search. You may revoke your consent at any time by contacting us at hello@allcard.tech.

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to gather information when you interact with our Services. We may also use Google Analytics to track and analyze use of the Services. To opt out of Google Analytics, visit https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

5. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as you have an account with us, unless a longer retention period is required by law. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

7. Do We Collect Information From Minors?

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. If we learn that personal information from users under 18 has been collected, we will deactivate the account and delete such data promptly. You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time by logging into your account settings or contacting us. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails.

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. We may retain some information to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, or comply with legal requirements.

We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online, as no uniform technology standard has been finalized. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we will update this notice accordingly.

10. Do United States Residents Have Specific Privacy Rights?

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you may have the right to request access to, correct, or delete your personal information.

We will retain Category A and Category G data for as long as the user has an account with us.

We have not disclosed, sold, or shared any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve months and will not do so in the future.
